• Maintain confidentiality of OTP and account details
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Do not submit false or misleading documents

6. Fees & Charges

Certain services may involve processing fees or service charges. These will be clearly communicated before payment.

All applicable taxes will be charged as per law.

Kredit PA may share your information with lending partners and service providers to process your application.

These third parties operate under their own policies and terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kredit PA shall not be responsible for:

• Loan rejection by the lending partner
• Delay in approval or disbursement
• Errors caused by incorrect user information
• Third-party service issues
